Description of CANSPLA

This app provides services for recruiters, referrers and staffing agencies with automation of their day to day tasks as well as analytics for their jobs and candidates.

User Accounts

• Account Registration: Recruiter/Referrer/Staffing Agencies must create an account to access features of the App. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately for any unauthorized use.

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers hosting it.

Content Ownership and License

• User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
