Assistant Manager

Our client, a leading Technology company, is looking to hire a junior legal professional (1–3 years’ experience) with exposure to Intellectual Property, compliances, and data privacy. 🔹 Handle trademark and copyright matters, draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, support IP portfolio management, and collaborate with business teams to protect and commercialize IP. 🔹 Manage statutory compliances on the Complinity tool, coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submissions, track new compliances, and monitor data privacy laws and regulatory developments.
