Legal Manager

Our Client, a technology company is looking to hire a legal professional with 4-6 years of experience in Bangalore. Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Negotiation: o Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements etc. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements. 2. Contract Management and Administration: o Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements. o Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and renewals.
