• Build and protect the company’s brand as a trusted authority in school consulting
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all public communication channels
• Support leadership positioning and expert visibility
Media Relations
• Develop and maintain relationships with education journalists, media houses & PR agencies
• Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and announcements
• Coordinate interviews, expert quotes, and media features
• Track, document, and report media coverage
Digital PR & Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the company’s entire social media presence, including:
o Instagram
o Facebook
o LinkedIn
o X (Twitter)
o YouTube
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with PR and brand objectives
• Use latest AI tools for content ideation, captioning, scheduling, analytics, and sentiment monitoring
• Guide, monitor and coordinate with design teams for creatives and videos
• Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and manage online reputation
Direct Digital Communication & Outreach
• Build and manage the company’s digital presence through emailers, newsletters, and WhatsApp communication
• Use platforms such as Brevo (Sendinblue) or other AI-driven communication tools for campaign creation, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking
• Ensure brand-aligned, compliant, and professional communication across all direct channels
Content & Thought Leadership
• Curate and promote articles, reports, case studies, whitepapers, and books
• Support leadership-authored content (op-eds, LinkedIn articles, keynote narratives)
• Translate consulting insights into high-impact public content
