Job Description

Our client, a leading Beauty Cosmetic company is looking to hire a Junior-mid Company Secretary in Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining and updating company documentation, and handling correspondence. Day-to-day tasks include organizing board meetings, managing records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and liaising with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include advising on corporate governance and providing administrative support to the company's executives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements, corporate laws, and governance Excellent organizational and documentation skills Ability to organize board meetings, manage records, and handle correspondence effectively Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and communication Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; professional qualification as a Company Secretary is preferred Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus. 2-3 years experienced.
