Our client, a leading automotive company, is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Legal to join its Legal & Secretarial team in Chennai.

Experience: 9–12 years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer and partnership agreements.
Advise on general corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, collaborations, MOUs, NDAs and arbitrations.
Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance across business functions.
Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, risk mitigation and corporate advisory.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional business teams.
Candidates from reputed corporates or law firms will be preferred. Prior automotive industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
