Role Summary

Experienced SAP SD Inhouse Consultant to support and enhance our global SAP landscape.

The incumbent will work closely with the Global SAP Team based in Heidelberg, Germany, and provide worldwide support, development, and harmonization of SAP Sales and Service processes across our subsidiaries.

The role involves business requirement analysis, SAP SD configuration, integration with related systems, ABAP development support, and continuous process optimization within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide global support for SAP SD processes across our subsidiaries.

· Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

· Configure, customize, and enhance SAP SD functionalities in SAP S/4HANA.

· Collaborate with Global Business Experts & key stakeholders to optimize business processes.

· Support project sales, serial sales, and after-sales service processes.

· Work closely with SAP CS, SAP FSM, and SAP C4C teams for seamless process integration.

· Participate in global SAP rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects.

· Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments.

· Perform testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.

· Integrate external applications and third-party solutions with SAP systems.

· Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training when required.

· Ensure standardization and harmonization of SAP processes across global entities.

· Coordinate with the Germany-based core SAP team and support users across different time zones.

Required Qualification & Experience

· BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

· 8–10 years of strong experience in SAP SD consulting and support.

Preferred Qualification

· SAP Certification in SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales.

· Exposure to SAP CS

· Knowledge of SAP C4C

· Experience in manufacturing industry environments
