Hiring | Patent Attorney | Bangalore

Our client, a leading IT services and consulting company, is looking to hire a Patent Attorney for its IP Legal team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end patent prosecution, including invention harvesting, patentability searches, drafting, filing, and office action responses.
Lead patent analytics projects, including Freedom to Operate (FTO), Evidence of Use (EoU), and invalidity searches.
Advise business teams on patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other IP matters.
Review and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing agreements and IP clauses in commercial contracts.
Conduct IP awareness and training sessions for internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in Intellectual Property, preferably in-house.
Registered Patent Agent (India) and qualified lawyer (LLB).
Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Strong expertise in patent drafting, prosecution, patent analytics, and IP contracts.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI, IoT, Blockchain, etc.
