Our client, a leading logistics company, is looking to hire a Legal Manager with 4–6 years of experience to join their team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts – drafting, review, negotiation, and closure
Advise on customer and vendor agreements within the logistics ecosystem
Act as a business partner to stakeholders, providing practical and solution-oriented legal advice
Identify and mitigate legal risks, aligning legal strategies with business objectives
Support corporate transactions, including share subscription, shareholding, and share purchase agreements
Advise on corporate governance, consumer protection, and e-commerce compliance
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within legal operations
