Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts – drafting, review, negotiation, and closure 
•  Advise on customer and vendor agreements within the logistics ecosystem 
•  Act as a business partner to stakeholders, providing practical and solution-oriented legal advice 
•  Identify and mitigate legal risks, aligning legal strategies with business objectives 
•  Support corporate transactions, including share subscription, shareholding, and share purchase agreements
•  Advise on corporate governance, consumer protection, and e-commerce compliance
•  Drive process improvements and efficiencies within legal operations
