Our client, a leading MNC-backed modern Legaltech startup is looking to hire a Legal Professional (4–6 years of experience) to join their growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in commercial contract drafting including technology contracts, with exposure to M&A and general advisory. - This is a generalist role and prior experience of independent work is a plus. - Tier 1/Tier 2 law firm professionals ae highly preferred.
