Job Description


Our Client, a leading listed Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Mid level Company Secretary in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Board & Committee processes – agenda, minutes, and governance documentation
• Handle SEBI LODR, PIT and stock exchange compliances
• Support corporate actions such as bonus, buyback, dividends, etc.
• Liaise with SEBI, stock exchanges, depositories, and regulators
• Drive quarterly, annual, and event-based secretarial compliances

Ideal Candidate
ICSI qualified Company Secretary
8–12 years of experience in a listed company secretarial function
• Strong exposure to SEBI regulations, board governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience handling Board meetings and listed entity disclosures
Location: Mumbai
