Our client, A leading global #manufacturing company is looking to hire Junior Legal professionals for its Centre of Excellence team in #Bangalore.
The position of Junior Counsel – Contracts (Legal) is based in Bangalore and is designed for a junior lawyer who will support the Legal Center of Excellence (COE) team.
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Key responsibilities include handling a wide range of commercial contracts such as supply, manufacturing, services, technology/licensing, procurement/vendor, distribution, logistics, master agreements, NDAs, and other business-required agreements.
Professionals should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in contract management.
