Our client, a leading global financial services company is looking to hire Legal Counsels across mid-senior level to support its growing Banking Transaction function in Bangalore. 🔹 Legal Counsel – Team Lead (7-10 years PQE) - Draft, review & negotiate loan agreements, term sheets, syndicated/bilateral facilities, mortgages, pledges, hypothecation & other security documents - Experience with LMA templates preferred - Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals
