Our client, a leading global Consulting company is looking to hire a mid-level legal professional, preferably on an Immediate basis with 4- 6 years of experience in commercial service contracts in Mumbai.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Client Service Engagement Letters, Master Service Agreements, Service Provide Agreements, Consultancy Contracts, Joint Business Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Banking Contracts, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Sub-Contracts, Loan Staffing Contracts, Referral agreements
Ability to draft a contract from scratch and creation/ maintenance of standard templates
Negotiating contracts with client
Internal stakeholder management in relation to the above contracts
